After School Care for Kindergartener in Somerville

Hi, we are looking for after school care for our 5 year old daughter in Somerville.  Seaking someone who can collect our daughter from school at 2:30pm and play with her until we finish work at 4:30pm.  The school and our home are in walking distance, close to Davis square.  Activities include taking her to the part, library and cafe, playing and relaxing with her.  We ideally would like to find someone who can commit through the school year.  Looking for a sitter who loves to spend time with kids and can build a relationship with your daughter over the year.
Start Date:  Sep 6th

Hours:  8 hours a week.  Monday to Thursday:  2:30pm – 4:30pm.  Potential for additional hours on school vacations if interested

Pay:  $20 per hour

Seeking after school care for 6YO in West Medford

Our family is looking for a part-time babysitter to care for our 6YO son after school Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will love to play outside and can help with homework and other activities like legos. Willingness to help with meal prep is a plus!
Start date: On or around August 29. (We may have some flexibility here, so reach out if you’re interested.)
Schedule: Mondays/Tuesdays/Thursdays/Fridays: 2:30 to 6 p.m. & Wednesdays 1:30 to 6 p.m. (Again, we may have some flexibility here, so reach out if you’re interested.)

Seeking part or full-time nanny (West Medford)

Our family of three is looking for a full-time or several part-time nannies/babysitters (around 9-5 or 10-4, M-F) to watch our baby boy starting in August. He will be 7 months old at that time. Must have: their own way to get to our home in West Medford (accessible via #94 95, 96 buses from Tufts campus) and both Covid vaccine doses + booster, comfortable with dogs (we have a small, friendly, hypoallergenic dog). Highly preferred: someone with infant care experience, fluent/conversational in Spanish and/or Japanese. Both parents will be home and working remotely in a separate area of the house. Babysitting/part-time nanny position

We are looking for a part time nanny/babysitter to watch our 5-year-old daughter after school (~2:30-5:30pm) five days a week, starting in early September, with option to watch her part- to full-time for the few weeks before school starts.  Occasionally may need some help with our younger children (2.5yo and 7mo), who are generally in full-time daycare.  We live in North Cambridge, near the Somerville border and three blocks from the Davis Square T stop.  Our daughter loves being outdoors, climbing, scooting, biking, etc.  She also appreciates reading, puzzles, and other quiet activities.  We’re hoping to find someone with early childhood education experience to help her unwind at the end of each day and assist with whatever homework or activities she is working on.

Compensation $25-30/hr, on payroll.

Babysitting/part-time nanny job in South Boston

Our family of three is looking for some part-time childcare help for our just-turned-four-year-old, starting around the second half of June and extending through early-September (if possible). We’re in South Boston, right over the Broadway stop on the Red Line. Hoping to find someone interested in 15-20 hours/week, who would care for our son from early afternoon to early evening, three to four days a week. Our little one is active and curious, loves scooting, playgrounds, building with blocks, reading with grownups, visiting libraries and museums and more. We have memberships at most of the local kid-friendly museums and zoos, and easy access to a pool for hot days. Looking forward to hearing from anyone interested with early childcare experience, to share more about our family and needs and learn more about you. To note: There is also the possibility of continuing with some late afternoon hours during the next school year.

Compensation: $20-$22/ hour

Occasional Babysitter Needed In Arlington

Hi! I need occasional care for my 5-year-old son. He has a 13-year-old sister who is fairly independent, but she may be involved/need supervision at times as well. My son has Autism, but he is verbal and generally well-behaved. He would benefit from spending time with someone who is upbeat, friendly, creative, resourceful, and patient.

Ideally, you have a car and would be willing to transport both children as needed.

*Currently, I need someone for Tuesday April 19th afternoon, Saturday April 23rd daytime, (potentially) the evening of Saturday April 30th, Saturday May 7th afternoon, Sunday May 15th afternoon/evening.
