The Henry J. Leir Institute presents the first in a series of public discussions: a democracy forum on the question of “Are we witnessing the demise of democracy, in the US and more broadly?” The speakers featured will be Katrina Burgess, Michael Glennon, Hurst Hannum, and Monica Toft. Discussion will be moderated by Eileen Babbitt.

Future sessions in the series are planned for the themes “threats to the liberal international order” and “the impact of social media on democracy.” Dates to be announced.
