1. “The calibration section doesn’t appear to be interactable after I turn on the camera and open the program?”
Answer: This is a common occurrence with this system so no worries. Exit the program and open it again, then it should work. Might take more than 1 try.
2. “The cameras don’t all light up and the program can’t detect the unlit ones?”
Answer: This happens from time to time. In most cases, you should only need to reset the cameras by unplugging the hub and replugging it (might take more than a few tries) until they all light up. If that doesn’t work then it’s time to call the staffs to examine the individual camera.
3. “My calibration reading is very bad (>0.300), how to I improve it?”
Answer: When using the wand, remember to cover as much as area as you can, at height. But remember not to hit the wand at the ground as any tiny deformation to the wand would damage future calibrations.
