Camp Hale Summer Counselor (New Hampshire)

Camp Hale is a subsidiary of the United South End Settlements in Boston, MA. Established in 1900, Camp Hale is a sleepaway summer camp for Boston-area youth ages 5 to 17 years old to experience a range of outdoor activities in the scenic environment of Squam Lake, located in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire. At Camp Hale, we believe every child should be able to attend summer camp, regardless of their financial situation.  Each summer we serve over 200 youths with diverse backgrounds, including underprivileged and at-risk youth.  

 We operate on the belief that all youth benefit from opportunities for physical, mental, and social growth and development. The goal is for campers to leave with an enhanced sense of well-being, improved social skills, and awareness of personal potential.

Residential Counselor Role for BOLD Summers at the University of Pennsylvania

BOLD Summers is a summer camp program that focuses on providing high school students interested in pursuing a career in medicine with the opportunity to explore various aspects of the field. We are currently seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Residential Counselors.

As a Residential Counselor for BOLD Summers, your students will have the opportunity to live on the University of Pennsylvania’s campus in Philadelphia, with room and board provided. They will also have the chance to participate in exciting excursions and activities throughout the program, all while serving as a mentor and role model for our campers.

Summer Position at Windridge Tennis and Sports Camp

Job title: Head Boys Counselor at Windridge Tennis and Sports Camp, Vermont


Job description: Oversee and manage counselors (specifically male staff) in their duties making sure that they are taking care of their campers and providing a safe and nurturing environment for children to develop at camp. Responsibilities throughout the day involve:

  • Monitoring camper supervision
  • Setting time off assignments
  • Making daily meal time announcements
  • Inspecting cabins

As head boys counselor you will be the main person to deal with and provide counselors with support on any camper issues (i.e. homesickness, bullying, parental update requests etc.). Other duties may include:

  • Run and assist evening activities with other management staff
  • Keeping track of birthdays
  • Creating laundry schedules
  • Assign buddy cabins and night off groups

Summer Opportunity for the Yleana Leadership Foundation

The Yleana Leadership Foundation is interested in recruiting both grads and undergrads for a transformative SAT summer camp that is part SAT bootcamp, part on-campus college experience, and part traditional summer camp. Summer Teaching Opportunity

Training opportunity for any undergraduate or graduate-level students interested in gaining teaching experience working with children with ADHD. Summer trainees will receive extensive training in behavioral strategies to help with classroom management, as well as, gain over 200 hours of direct clinical experience!

Camp Baker is a therapeutic summer program based off of the Summer Treatment Program (STP) model and is specifically designed for 6–12-year-old children with ADHD.

Camp Baker is currently accepting applications for four roles: 1) Graduate Counselor, 2) Undergraduate Counselor, 3) Teacher, and 4) Teaching Assistant. All aspects of the training program are supervised by a licensed clinical psychologist. Trainees complete a week-long training prior to the start of treatment and receive ongoing supervision. Training begins *Friday, July 1, 2022, with the July 4th holiday off*. Camp Baker runs from *Monday, July 11th through Friday, August 19th, 2022.* Trainees typically work from 7:30am until 4:30pm and stay from 7:30am-6pm one evening per week.
