One Year of Playful Engineering-Based Learning (PEBL)

In the first year of the LEGO Foundation grant, Tufts Center for Engineering and Outreach supported eight outreach organizations to bring playful engineering-based learning to almost 6,000 students around the globe.

In the United States, more than 3,000 students attended PEBL workshops, camps, or classes and over 300 teachers were trained to bring PEBL into their classrooms.

As we begin work on the final year of the project, we look to increase impact by broadly sharing PEBL resources developed by each organization to reach more educators, parents, and children.
