Students in this spring’s “Practicing in Food Systems” class (ENV 190), co-taught by Dr. Kevin Cody and Taylor Parrish, produced four short podcasts to complement the 2022 Food Systems Symposium and highlight the exciting diversity of meat-related work being done around the university.
