Mobilizing the Environmental Voter
Environmentalists are good at caring about the environment but not, it turns out, quite so good at voting. As Think Progress reports, the Boston-based Environmental Voter Project is working to motivate over 10 million environmentalists who have historically not voted in elections. The EVP directly approaches non-voting environmentalists through non-partisan, apolitical tactics that simply encourage voter turnout rather than focusing on issues.
