Food entrepreneurship at Tufts

Teams and projects from graduate and undergraduate students were awarded prizes through the Food and Nutrition Innovation Institute‘s annual Food and Nutrition Entrepreneurship competition. A food hub, a food truck, and a fiber-based compost bin were this year’s winners. Read more here!
