Food-related classes for Fall 2019

Yes! It is that time of the academic year again, when our undergraduates look ahead to next fall’s classes. (Sorry, seniors–we know this can be a bit painful.)

We’ve added a list of food-related courses at Tufts that count toward the Food Systems & Nutrition minor and the Food Systems, Nutrition & the Environment track of the ENVS major. Check them out here.
