Introducing GAs: Calindy Magododi
In the hustle and bustle of the fall semester — including my recruitment travels abroad — our staff assistant pointed out that we had not formally introduced all of our new staff members. Thanks, Ailish, for the ping, and my apologies for not introducing Calindy Magododi sooner. See below for Calindy’s introductory post!

My name is Calindy. I am a first-year MALD student with a focus on Global Governance and International Organizations as well as Human Security and Humanitarian Affairs. My homeland is Botswana, a small landlocked nation in southern Africa.
I presently hold a master’s degree in project management in addition to a bachelor’s degree in business administration. I worked for some years in the banking industry, handling a variety of responsibilities during that time. I am also fortunate to have been a part of the Business and Entrepreneurship stream of the Young Africa Leaders Initiative (YALI) program.
As a financial committee member of the Africana Club, I am currently assisting with the planning of a conference. In addition, I assist with admissions at the Fletcher School as a Graduate Assistant.
I would be happy to help you on your journey and respond to any inquiries you may have about Fletcher.
