A Behind-the-Scenes Look at Our Upcoming Recruitment Trip to India

As we wrap up an exciting start to the academic year with orientation and convocation, our team in the Office of Admissions and Financial Aid is already gearing up for an important season of fall recruitment. I’m thrilled to share that in less than two weeks, I’ll be heading to India to co-host a series of events designed to connect with prospective students and provide an in-depth look at The Fletcher School’s master’s programs.

Planning the Journey: What Goes Into a Recruitment Trip?

Planning a recruitment trip like this involves a whirlwind of activities. From coordinating schedules with schools to organizing receptions, every detail is carefully managed to ensure a successful visit. I’ll be visiting institutions such as Ashoka University, St. Stephen’s College, IIT Delhi, and the Indian School of Business, among others. These visits are vital for meeting potential applicants directly, sharing information about our programs, and answering any questions they might have.
