For applicants and those working in the world of admissions, March marks a significant milestone—the release of admissions decisions. Earlier this week, we at the Fletcher School sent out our admissions decisions, marking the culmination of months of meticulous review and consideration. To all our applicants, we extend our heartfelt gratitude for the dedication and effort you poured into your applications. We recognize the significance of this moment for each of you and are truly privileged to have had the opportunity to get to know you through your applications. Know that each of your applications were read carefully and with great interest.

For those who have received admissions offers, congratulations! We are thrilled to welcome you to the Fletcher community and look forward to the contributions you will make to our vibrant academic environment.

To those who may have received disappointing news, please know that our doors remain open. Fletcher welcomes reapplications and encourages requests for feedback. Many of our current students and alumni have navigated similar paths, and we are here to support you on your journey.

Some of you may have received nuanced decisions, such as conditional admissions or offers to different programs within Fletcher. These decisions reflect the diverse backgrounds and experiences of our applicants, and we are committed to finding the best fit for each individual.

And for those placed on the waitlist, we understand the uncertainty this may bring. Please know that our admissions team is diligently working to assess available spaces in the class. While the waitlist can be challenging, it also offers hope, as we often admit candidates from the waitlist each year. Since your application file is considered open and active while on the waitlist, you’re welcome to submit additional materials, such as an updated resume, supplemental recommendation letter, or additional statement of interest for the Admissions Committee to consider.
