The end of Yield ‘season’
As the buzz settles from our recent series of open houses, both in-person and virtual, I find myself reflecting on the experiences shared and connections forged. From campus events in Medford to engaging receptions in Washington D.C., New Delhi, and Tokyo, our goal remained steadfast: to offer admitted students a glimpse into the unique and expansive fabric of Fletcher.
Throughout the events, we welcomed dozens of eager minds, each seeking to discern if Fletcher is the right fit for their academic and professional aspirations. Our approach was comprehensive, featuring panels comprising faculty members, research center affiliates, accomplished alumni, and, notably, our current cohort of students — the heartbeat of our community.
On-campus events in Medford were brimming with energy as admitted students immersed themselves in the atmosphere of global engagement and community. From insightful discussions in panel sessions to meaningful exchanges during class visits, every interaction served to illuminate the opportunities awaiting within our campus walls. Beyond our physical borders, our reach extended to locations near and far, including the vibrant capitals of Washington D.C., New Delhi, and Tokyo. The virtual realm proved to be equally fertile ground for connection. Through panels, interactive Q&A sessions, and tailored presentations, we worked hard to ensure that every prospective student could engage with Fletcher on their terms.
As we bid farewell to this chapter of outreach and engagement, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to all who contributed to its success — from the dedicated faculty members who shared their expertise to the passionate alumni who offered glimpses into their post-Fletcher journeys.
