Noisy and quiet at the same time

With the Fletcher Orientees around the building, I hear the the occasional wave of noise when the crowd shifts from one venue to another.  And the wider Tufts campus jumped back to life yesterday with the arrival of the first-year undergraduates, although they’re busy with their own Orientation activities.  But within the walls of the Admissions Office, today and tomorrow are the last quiet days before the start of the academic year.  The blog will leap into New Admissions Cycle mode next week.  Until then, enjoy these last days of summer, and please note that the office will be closed on Monday for the U.S. Labor Day holiday.
