Today I’ll highlight a nice feature on Professor Abigail Linnington in Tufts Now. Prof. Linnington speaks of her time at West Point – when only 10% of her fellow cadets were women – and her career as an Army pilot, of whom 5% were female. She has both a Masters and PhD from Fletcher, and became a faculty member upon her 2019 retirement from the Army. We’ve been fortunate to work closely with Prof. Linnington over the past year in both our recruitment and admissions processes, and we’ve likewise benefited from her insights on some of the common questions candidates transitioning from military service to graduate school often have.
