Admissions Tips

And we’re back! The 2020 application is now available

MurrayFor all you go-getters out there, the long-awaited moment has arrived. After a few weeks of buffing, shining, getting a new coat of paint and so forth, the admissions application for 2020 is online (here)! Consider this the official start of Reminder Season, wherein Murray, this blog’s Minister of Deadline and Other Action Item Reminders, will periodically surface to keep you abreast of important upcoming dates and other application-related miscellanea. As you can see, Minister Murray can be something of an irascible sort, so best to toe the line when it comes to the application, and be sure to leave yourself plenty of time to get everything taken care of.

It’s almost comically early to be thinking about actual application submission at this point, as the first deadline of the year is nearly two months away, but it’s definitely not too early to be rounding your resume into shape, reaching out to potential recommenders, and drafting essays (mentally, at least). A reminder about one item potentially already checked off the to-do list: GRE/GMAT scores are optional. If you do plan to submit scores, though, now is a good time to get a test date scheduled.

Lots more information about the application process to come in this space throughout the next few months. For now, though, why not open your application profile for a first look?
