Because of memory issues, VUE creates thumbnails of high resolution images when first loading them in a map. When zooming in on images, VUE switches from the thumbnails to the high resolution images.
The initial process of converting the high resolution images to thumbnails can take a few minutes, depending on the quantity of images.
| Note: Image thumbnails are saved in the cache, and are not saved with the map. If you move your map and images to another computer, the conversion process will need to take place again when launching the map.(Good to keep in mind if you are presenting). |
