Connectivity Analysis is a VUE tool that generates a matrix of connectivity relationships between nodes. The output appears in a temporary text file that can be saved for later use or import into statistical software that can interpret and analyze this data. The presence or absence of a link between two nodes is represented by a 1 or 0. Metadata (keywords) defined for nodes by VUE authors are also exported.
You can create the analysis from an active map or a map stored locally.
To generate a Connectivity Analysis:
- From the menu bar, select Analysis > Connectivity. The Connectivity window opens.
- Click Generate. A temporary text document is created.
- Save the text file.
